1. Atelier Standards & Formulation Integrity

All fragrances produced by Rioche Parfums Atelier are formulated in accordance with the safety guidelines established by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Our concentrates use 20% to 22% concentrated perfume oil and undergo a six-week dark maceration cycle to ensure chemical stability and skin safety.

Our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without synthetic colorants, phthalates, parabens, or animal-derived fixatives.

2. Complimentary Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are prepared and dispatched from our atelier within 24 business hours.

Shipments are entrusted to premium air courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery Express) with tracking numbers dispatched to your provided mobile number and email. Typical transit duration is 2 to 4 business days.

3. Damaged Transit & Replacement Policy

Because fine fragrance bottles are personal cosmetic items and cannot be restocked once shipped, we do not accept arbitrary returns for change of preference once the security seal has been broken.

Transit Protection Guarantee: If your flacon arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit, we provide an immediate no-questions replacement. Simply record an unboxing video showing the packaging and flacon upon arrival, and email it to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement bottle will be dispatched immediately.

4. Pricing & Payment Security

All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable domestic taxes. We utilize 256-bit SSL encrypted payment channels and verified WhatsApp Concierge services. We do not store or process credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

5. Privacy & Data Confidentiality

We respect client privacy. Your contact details (name, phone number, physical address, and email) are utilized strictly for order fulfillment, courier delivery updates, and opt-in private dispatch newsletters. We never sell, lease, or distribute customer information to third-party ad networks.
